Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

⚠️ Important Notice

As a digital software service, all subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. Please review this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Digital Product Nature

GGUUAI is a cloud-based digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Upon subscription activation, our system immediately allocates dedicated computing resources, provisions your workspace environment, and grants full access to premium features. Due to the instantaneous nature of digital service delivery and the immediate consumption of cloud computing resources, all completed subscription transactions are final and non-refundable once service provision has commenced.

2. No-Refund Policy for Active Subscriptions

The following transactions are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees after the billing cycle has begun
  • Plan upgrades that have been activated
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Pay As You Go top-ups after usage credits have been allocated or consumed
  • Any period during which the Service was accessible to the subscriber

Rationale: Each subscription activation triggers the allocation of dedicated AI computing infrastructure and reserved capacity on our servers. These resources are consumed immediately upon activation and cannot be reclaimed or resold.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing cycle

Pay As You Go top-ups are one-time prepaid software usage purchases and do not renew automatically. Credits are allocated at USD 1 = 100 credits and may only be used for metered analysis tasks inside the GGUUAI SaaS platform. Credits have no cash value, are not withdrawable, are not transferable, and are not a stored-value or e-money product. Customers may stop using the service at any time without a future recurring charge.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error
  • Service Unavailability: If the Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end (not including scheduled maintenance)
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization (subject to fraud investigation)

All exceptional refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

5. Trial Account Rules

Trial accounts are available by contacting our sales team. Trial access is manually approved and provisioned, requires no payment card, and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. The trial duration and feature scope are confirmed by sales before activation. Paid subscriptions begin only when you actively choose a paid plan and complete checkout. Because trial accounts are free, no refund is applicable to trial access.

6. Chargeback Policy

We strongly encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Loss of all data and content associated with your account
  • Being permanently banned from future use of the Service

We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest any illegitimate chargebacks through the appropriate dispute resolution channels.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

GGUUAI 是基于云端的软件即服务(SaaS)产品。订阅开通后,系统会立即分配工作区和服务资源,并开放相应功能。由于数字服务交付即时发生,服务开始后已完成交易通常不可退款。

2. 不适用退款的情况

  • 账单周期已经开始后的月付或年付订阅费用
  • 已经激活的套餐升级
  • 订阅续费,包括自动续费或手动续费
  • 已分配或已消耗的软件使用积分充值
  • 用户已可访问服务的任何期间

原因:订阅开通会触发计算资源、工作区环境和服务能力分配,这些资源在激活后即开始投入使用,无法回收或转售。

3. 取消政策

您可以随时通过账号设置取消订阅。取消后,当前订阅会持续到本账单周期结束,之后不再继续扣费。当前账单周期剩余天数通常不做部分退款。

自定义充值属于一次性预付软件使用积分,不会自动续费。积分按 USD 1 = 100 积分发放,仅可用于 GGUUAI SaaS 平台内的按量分析任务。积分没有现金价值,不可提现、不可转让,也不是储值或电子货币产品。

4. 例外情况

在少数情况下,我们可酌情审核退款申请,包括:

  • 重复扣款:因技术错误导致同一订阅周期被重复扣费。
  • 服务不可用:因我方原因导致服务连续超过 72 小时完全不可用,不包括预先通知的维护。
  • 未授权交易:您能证明交易未经授权,并配合必要的欺诈调查。

所有例外退款请求需在扣款日起 7 天内提交。

5. 试用账号规则

试用账号需联系销售团队申请,由人工审核并开通。试用账号无需绑定银行卡,不会自动转为付费订阅。由于试用账号免费,试用访问不涉及退款。

6. 拒付政策

我们建议用户在向银行或发卡机构发起拒付前,先联系支持团队解决问题。未经沟通直接发起不合理拒付,可能导致账号暂停、相关数据和内容访问受限,或未来无法继续使用服务。

我们会保留交易记录,并通过适当争议处理渠道处理不合理拒付。
